OMLA — the Open Model Licensing Association — is a nonprofit keeping open AI models fairly licensed. Your gift helps maintain the OMLA Public License, run the public registry of signed model manifests, publish the open resolver, and keep the whole system free for the creators and users who depend on it.
Where your gift goes
OMLA exists to make it normal for the people who create open-weight AI models to share in the money those models earn. Donations fund the legal work behind the license, the infrastructure for the registry and resolver, and the advocacy that helps open models stay open.

We accept donations by crypto or payment pointer. Every contribution goes straight to the association's operating costs — no platform, no middleman.

Tax status
OMLA is organizing as a nonprofit, and its 501(c)(3) application is in progress. Until that status is granted, donations are not yet tax-deductible — we'll update this page the moment they are.
